Currently at Grafana Labs, I'm immersed in the world of observability, helping teams monitor and understand their systems at scale. This experience has given me deep insights into how AI and data can transform businesses—insights I'm now bringing to the contractor industry.
My connection to contractors is personal. I was raised by a contractor who worked in cabling—that's actually how I got my start in tech. Growing up around construction sites and watching my dad run his business gave me a deep appreciation for the hard work contractors do. Today, many of my friends own construction companies, and we've got a perfect trade going: I help them with the tech stuff, and they help me with the building stuff (because let's be honest, I suck at mechanical tasks). This real-world connection helps me understand exactly what contractors need to succeed in today's AI-driven marketplace.
